‘Lonesome Dove’ Is Officially Returning With a New Netflix Adaptation

Zoe Kazan and Jeb Stuart have taken on the monumental task of bringing East of Eden, a major entry in the American literary canon, to the screen in the form of a new Netflix limited series. Their next task is no less daunting: an adaptation of the Western classic Lonesome Dove. Collider's Michael Zimmermann caught up with Stuart at the red-carpet premiere of East of Eden, where he teased the new series and how it will differ from the acclaimed 1989 limited series that helped revive the genre.
